I. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website is operated by Polymer Week s.r.o., registered address at Pecháčkova 952/24, 318 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, company number: 08369607.

Throughout the website, the terms “Organizer”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Polymer Week s.r.o.

These General Business Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website, event registration, payments, digital materials, online content, and other services provided through this website.

By visiting this website, registering for the event, or purchasing any product or service through this website, you agree to be bound by these General Business Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and policies referenced on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or completing your registration. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or register for the event.

II. EVENT REGISTRATIONS

Registrations for Polymer Week 2026 and any related event services are governed by these General Business Terms and Conditions together with the Event Participant Terms and Conditions published for the event.

In the event of any conflict between these General Business Terms and Conditions and the Event Participant Terms and Conditions, the Event Participant Terms and Conditions shall prevail in relation to event participation, payment deadlines, cancellation, refunds, programme changes, online or alternative event format, conduct, liability, media release, and other event-specific matters.

Polymer Week 2026 is an event, leisure, and educational service provided on specific dates. For this reason, the standard statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days may not apply to event tickets, workshops, classes, or event registrations, where such exception is permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation and refund conditions for Polymer Week 2026 are set out in the Event Participant Terms and Conditions.

III. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use this website, its content, registration forms, payment systems, digital materials, or any related services for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, misuse registration or payment systems, or use the website in a way that may damage, disable, or impair its operation.

IV. REGISTRATION AND ORDERS

By submitting a registration form or placing an order through this website, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit a registration or order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment failure, technical error, pricing error, breach of these Terms, breach of the Event Participant Terms and Conditions, safety concerns, or organizational reasons.

A participant’s place at the event is confirmed only once the full payment has been received by the Organizer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

V. PAYMENT

Payment methods may include bank transfer in EUR or CZK, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment methods made available through the website.

Payment is considered completed once the full amount has been credited to the Organizer’s bank account or confirmed by the relevant payment provider.

The participant or customer is responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, card issuer fees, international transfer fees, or other charges imposed by third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If payment is not received within the deadline stated in the Event Participant Terms and Conditions or during the registration process, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration.

VI. PRICES

Prices are displayed on the website or during the registration/payment process.

The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices and information displayed on the website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

The Organizer reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, technical errors, or inaccurate information. If an error affects a registration or order that has already been submitted, the Organizer will contact the participant or customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Price changes do not affect registrations already confirmed and paid, unless there has been an obvious technical or pricing error.

VII. EVENT CONTENT AND PROGRAMME

The Organizer makes reasonable efforts to provide the event, programme, workshops, instructors, activities, and other event content as announced.

However, the Organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, instructors, workshop order, class groups, activities, rooms, venue details, or other organizational arrangements.

Event-specific changes, cancellation, refunds, online alternatives, conduct rules, food arrangements, children’s tickets, media release, and liability are governed by the Event Participant Terms and Conditions.

VIII. DIGITAL MATERIALS AND ONLINE CONTENT

The website or event may include digital materials, online classes, PDF tutorials, recordings, live online sessions, downloadable files, or other digital content.

Digital materials and online content are provided for personal use only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

No website content, event content, digital material, tutorial, recording, photograph, video, design, or other material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, taught, shared online, or otherwise used without prior written permission, unless expressly allowed by the Organizer or by applicable law.

Purchasing an event ticket, digital product, online class, or other service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the participant or customer.
